About Me & Interconnection PT

Oh hey, I'm Dr. Cat May, PT, DPT, AOMT, Dry Needling certified

I grew up in the Carolinas & became a Nashvillian in 2018 after graduating from the Medical University of South Carolina with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

I decided to leave the high-volume outpatient clinic world after 3 years because of a need to have more time with my clients & a desire for a better work-life balance.

For more on my story, check out my

My speciality: manual therapy! with a focus on headaches & neck pain treatment via myofascial release, dry needling, joint work, & specific movement.

My goal: to provide pain relief, educate, & empower you to care for yourself: to find the INTERCONNECTION with your body & with a network of tools & healers for you to find your best care, after all connection > competition.

My hobbies: include running/walking with my dog, cooking with my partner, doing Pilates, HITT workouts, running, or yoga... on my best days I'm in the woods hiking & camping with friends as being in nature is where I feel most alive.
